Sometimes burning to death might have been better

Sometimes it seems like being kind to people just isn't worth it! I heard a story of a guy in L.A. that was driving down the road saw an accident and didn't think just acted. Stop and pulled the driver out of a burn car. At this point you think wow that took guts . He was heading the opposite direction had to cross traffic the medium and the walk into traffic. This guy in my book is a total freaking STUD. Is that the end of the story?? Not in this SHIT hole world. The driver is taken to the hospital and they find out there is spinal damage. The decide that if the driver had not been removed from the car the damage would not have happened. ( Here it comes ) The driver sues the man who risked his life to pull him from the car ( BURNING CAR REMEMBER ) because he could no longer walk. ASSHOLE. It goes to court (WTF) the judge entertains this waste of time, and and here is the real kick in the nuts . The "hero" of the piece loses and is fined for helping this driver. What an ungrateful FUCK. I guess that the driver would have been happier if the "hero" would have just stood there and told he was gonna die. Has the moron ever burned his finger??? Burning alive hurts shithead.

Ah , after things like this ( which really happened ) occur , is it any wonder people don't give a rats ass about the guy down the street. First your sticking your neck out to help some one you may not know but then this person might get a wild hair up there ass and sue you. Why does the court entertain these cases? this is not falling under justice for all this is waste of time . Judges are there to uphold the law not to make the law . And right we have way to many Judges thinking that we can't use our own minds. The judge that awarded this lawsuit should have had his ass kicked then his head placed there.
Part of the problem I think is that people don't want to think for themselves. They say they do, but when it comes right down to it they don't. I.E. I get home from work turn on the t.v. watch the news , what is this shit about this now some problem with the city again. Oh GOD, can't they do anything right. They a just morons any way what do you expect . New story . And that is all the farther it goes . People who actively fight for the ideas as crazies. Not to say that all the people out there on the line have a brain but some do. They don't just bitch about what happens in their lives they try to change it.
This kind of bring things full circle. If you ( like the man earlier ) see something that needs attention, don't think that the world will welcome your efforts. People hate when others go out and work for things they believe in . Really pisses them off . How dare you have the guts to stand up for what you believe in. So they turn to the easiest way to vent in the case of our BRAVE HERO above sue sue.
All of this rambling is little more than that here I sit on my ass typing away my time could be better spent doing something to change the world.
